The Urology Group welcomes Mona Mistry, PT, MPT, PRPC

Mona is a Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner with over a decade of physical therapy experience. She earned her Master's degree from the University of Florida in 2006 and gained her initial experience through clinical rotations in the cardiac, neurology and orthopedic departments at Inova Alexandria Hospital. Mona gradually shifted her focus to outpatient care treating both orthopedic and pelvic floor diagnoses.

In 2016, she joined the Northside healthcare system in Atlanta working with doctors who specialized in
endometrial excision and pelvic pain. During her tenure, Mona cared for patients undergoing cancer treatments for prostate, colorectal, gynecological and uterine cancers.

For the past 10 years, she has continued to hone her pelvic floor knowledge treating diagnoses such as urinary frequency, pelvic prolapse, urinary and fecal incontinence in both male and female patients. Known for her holistic approach to care, Mona is currently pursuing her yoga instructor certification. She is now accepting physical therapy patients in our Reston office location.
